D'Arcy's A.R.C. (Animal Rescue Centre) is a registered charity, non-profit, pro-life animal shelter dedicated to the rescue of injured, stray and abandoned cats & dogs.
Since opening their doors in November, 2001, D'Arcy's have found permanent and loving homes for over 5000 dogs and cats. My wife and I are proud parents to two of them! Other rescued animals are in foster homes such as ours, awaiting space in the shelter.
My wife Cheryl and I are very involved with their cause and I am as well, proudly the Chairman for the animal shelter's Fundraising Capital Campaign with a goal to move to a newer, larger location in the St. James area in 2008 to permit a more comfortable surrounding for the loving residents as well as opening doors to help even more of those in need of care.
